  1. Your payment secures your place in this event. Payment by credit card may be made below or a check may be mailed to Aikido of Missoula, PO Box 8633, Missoula, MT 59807

  2. Print and mail registration form with your check or complete it at the door.

  3. Preregistration is appreciated. You may also register at the door for this event.

Aikido of Missoula and its members take precautions for COVID-19. Please be alert and do not come to the dojo if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had recent exposure to anyone with COVID-19. Your full seminar fee will be refunded.

**Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you need to cancel participation in the seminar, Aikido of Missoula will refund the full amount of seminar purchase less a $10 administrative fee up until the day before the seminar is scheduled to start. If this situation arises, please call in advance.
