Beginning Classes are offered in 4- to 6-week sections. Click here for the next available class.

Intermediate Classes are basics classes, open to anyone who has completed a beginning course or equivalent.

Open Classes are open to anyone who has completed a beginning course or equivalent and are usually faster moving than intermediate classes.

Meditation & Aikido Classes take place twice a month & include both active training and sitting meditation. Regular open classes take place on the remaining Saturdays.
