How to Register:
- Confirmation of participation is needed by April 27th, 2023. No drop ins please.
- Your payment secures your place in this event. Payment may be made below through Paypal or by check mailed to Aikido of Missoula, PO Box 8633, Missoula, MT 59807
- Print and mail registration form with your check or complete it at the door.

PANDEMIC RESPONSE POLICIES: Aikido of Missoula and its members take many precautions for COVID-19. We require everyone to wear a mask in the dojo and we have air treatment and surface sanitization practices in place to further minimize risk of transmission.
AOM requires everyone who trains (or observes) to be vaccinated or have a recent negative COVID test. Anyone who has not received the vaccination will need to take an over-the-counter rapid antigen test on Friday, prior to the evening class and send a photo of the negative result to an email address to be provided. Please contact jamie@aikidomissoula.com if you will be needing that email address.
Please do not come to the dojo if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had recent exposure to anyone with COVID-19.

**Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you need to cancel participation in the seminar, Aikido of Missoula will refund the full amount of seminar purchase less a $10 administrative fee up until the day before the seminar is scheduled to start. If this situation arises, please call in advance.
