Aikido is a dynamic martial art based on harmony and reconciliation. Aikido techniques reflect the waves, spirals and rotations of nature and are designed to protect life and end cycles of violence. Training integrates mind, body and spirit, shifting fight/flight reflexes into conscious response. Men and women of all ages are enriched by this noncompetitive martial path of beauty, power and balance.
